It is shown in a printed corduroy with velveteen collar and ruffles.  View B flares out much more at the sides and is attached to a lined yoke with a wrap-around front facing.  View A and B can can be cut at dress length or at a top length and worn with the enclosed pants.  Pointed or round collar with ruffle.  Buttons down front and pants have elastic waist.

Sara's Skort
Sara's Skort is a pattern for a skirt with attached shorts.  The skirt is lined & the shorts are unlined.  Skort front is fitted, while the back waist has a casing with elastic.  Front & back skirt sections are cut on the fold.  Both the fabric requirement chart & the instructions refer to the outside as the skirt and the under part as the shorts.  It is called a skort when these two sections are stitched together.  Blouse is from #245 Lettie.  Top is from #85 Libby yoke.  See back of pattern for more information.
