Materials Used: Jacket:  Birdseye Pique by Stylecrest lined with medium blue Imperial smocking stripe. Royal blue jumbo rick rack used for water. Dress & romper:  Imperial smocking stripe with pique collars piped with Slicker Yellow Mini-piping. Snap Source snaps in crotch of romper.
