Mastering Tiny Tucks
 presented by Michie' Mooney

Let's take the mystery out of sewing tiny tucks!  A few simple tricks and techniques are all you need to master this beautiful heirloom technique.  After sewing in our tucks we will continue to construct this simple daygown made from white pima cotton and lace edging.  This gown is perfect for baby boy or girl.

Class Fee:  $125
includes lunch and all supplies for the daygown except the pattern which you may already own.
We will be using Creations by Michie' #128 Baby Daygown pattern

 

 

Heirloom Baby Dress
 presented by Michie' Mooney

A great class for beginners or those who need to brush up on their heirloom sewing skills.  This beautiful
little dress is sweet & simple and has been a favorite for years.  The class cover sewing lace insertion,
lace to entredeux, gathered lace and lace shaping.

Class Fee:  $135
includes lunch and all supplies for this exquisite dress except the pattern which you may already own.
We will be using Creations by Michie' #124 Heirloom Baby Dress pattern

Teacher Profile

 

Michie's passion for sewing started over 30 years ago with the arrival of her first child.  Her hobby became a business 12 years ago when she launched the "Creations by Michie'" line of sewing patterns and books.  The patterns reflect the classic styles that she enjoyed sewing for her children and now grandchildren.  Michie' is also a regular contributor to "Sew Beautiful" magazine and teaches at Martha Pullen's School of Art and Fashion.
